Clean and comfy stay!

I loved my stay here! The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy, I actually slept like a rock. The staff was really helpful when I had a TV issue – they came right up to fix it. Breakfast was a treat too, especially those warm cinnamon rolls. Only bummer was the AC could be a little quieter.

Just a nice choice for a transient visit in Mount Pleasant with good price-value balance. The staff was friendly but unhelpful when I asked about TV instructions. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast doesn’t change much over days.

It’s clear cleanliness could use some serious work. I found remnants of previous guests, including food in the fridge and clothes in the drawers. The bathroom had a slow-draining sink and a loud fan. I also noticed the breakfast options were pretty lackluster, the same mundane items served each day. There were issues with amenities as well, like missing towels upon arrival and a TV guide that wasn’t readily available. The overall maintenance of public areas, including noticeable dirt in the elevator, detracted from the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the comfortable, clean suite. The kids loved the high-speed Internet access, which kept them entertained while we relaxed. The hotel is also conveniently located near great fishing spots at Lake Bob Sandlin.

My kids wished the pool area had a dedicated shallow section for little ones.

I was blown away by the warmth of the staff and the inviting lobby decor-it felt like home! The complimentary snacks, especially those gooey warm cinnamon rolls at breakfast, made my mornings good. And can we talk about that refreshing outdoor pool? It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day!

We had a fantastic time with friends! Enjoyed fishing at Lake Bob Sandlin and found the free high-speed internet super helpful for planning our activities. The gym equipment was a plus too. Overall, it was a great stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. Don't miss out on checking out the golf courses nearby for some fun.

One downside was the cleanliness of the common area, particularly the elevators, which felt a bit neglected. It was something that could definitely use some attention.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mount Pleasant had a lovely aesthetic with comfortable seating in the lobby, making it easy for seniors like myself to relax. The staff were very accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant.
